This clutch set is an upgrade for Polaris Sportsman 500 models from 1996-2014, transforming the primary and secondary clutches to a 2006-2013 EBS (Engine Braking System) style setup.
Primary Clutch: Upgraded from the original no-bearing design to a one-way bearing, providing smoother gear shifting and enhanced engine braking for improved control.
Secondary Clutch: Updated to a Tied style with a removable helix, making it serviceable (no longer disposable) and providing a smooth but noticeable engine braking effect under 20 mph.
