Enhanced Tied-Type Secondary Clutch: The secondary clutch is an upgrade to a true tied-type design, replacing the BOSS-style clutch that came stock on all 2016+ RZR 900 models. It includes a pre-installed helix and spring with correct splines to fit ALL 2016-2022 Polaris RZR 900 models, including 2-seat, 4-seat, S, and Trail editions. This model now features round rollers instead of square pucks, improving durability and performance.
The EBS setup on this clutch set offers a smoother downhill braking experience compared to the original. With a one-way bearing similar to those found on 900 Trail and many 900-S models, this setup maintains EBS from 0-18mph but delivers a more moderate and controlled braking feel, reducing the sudden jolt often experienced with the OEM clutch.
